Vicus Cuminarius
Vicus Cuminarius a place of the Carpetani in Hispania Tarraconensis, somewhat S. of the Tagus, and E. of Toletum. Probably the modern St. Cruz de la Zarza, which is still renowned for its cumin. (Morales, Antig. p. 77; Florez, Esp. Sagr. v. p. 22.) Others have identified it with Ocaña and Bayona.
