Salomacum
Salomacum or SALAMOCUM, is placed by the Antonine Itin. on a road from Aquae Tarbellicae (Dax) to Burdigala (Bordeaux). Salomacum is the next place on the road to Burdigala and xviii. distant. The distance and the name Sales show that Sales is Salomacum.
