Salinae
Σαλῖναι
Salinae (Σαλῖναι, Ptol. 3.8.7; Peut. Tab.; Geog. Rav. 4.7), a town of Dacia identified with Thorda,on the Aranyos in Transylvania, where there are Roman remains. (Comp. Paget, Hungary and Transylvania, vol. ii. p. 259.)
