Balonga (Βαλόγγα: Pahang), the chief city of the Pirates' country
(Ληστῶν χώρα), on the Sinus Magnus, on the E. coast of the peninsula of India extra Gangem. (Ptol. 7.2.7; he also places a Βαλόγκα in the Aurea Chersonesus, 7.2.25.)
