Aritium Praetorium
Ἀρίτιον
Aritium Praetorium (Ἀρίτιον, Ptol. 2.5.7: Salvatierra or Benevente), a town of Lusitania, on the high road from Olisipo (Lisbon) to Emerita (Merida), 38 M. P. from the former. (It. Ant. p. 418; Geog. Rav. 4.44.)
