Eth. Ambiliati a people mentioned by Caesar (Caes. Gal. 3.9) with the Nannetes, Morini, and others; but nothing can be inferred from this passage as to their precise position. Some of the best MSS. have in this passage the reading Ambianos
instead of Ambiliatos.
