Smyrna
Σμύρνα
(Σμύρνα), a daughter of Theias and Oreithya, or of Cinyras and Cenchreis: she is also called Myrrhe, and is said to have given the name to the town of Smyrna. (Apollod. 3.14.4; Ov. Met. 10.435; Ant. Lib. 34). Strabo (xiv. p.633) mentions an Amazon who bore the same name.
