Severina, Ulpia
the wife of the emperor Aurelian, well known from medals, and from an inscription preserved by Muratori, ULPIAE. SEVRINAE. AUG. COIUGI. D. N. INVICT. AURELIANI. AUG. No details regarding her history lave been transmitted to us, but we learn from some Alexandrian coins that she survived her husband. (Eckhel, vol. vii. p. 487.)
