Phalces
Φάλκης
(Φάλκης), a son of Temenus, and father of Rhegnidas, was one of the Heracleidae. He took possession of the government of Sicyon, and there founded the temple of Hera Prodrmia. (Paus. 2.6.4, 1 l1.2, 13.1; Strab. viii. p.389.) He is said to have killed his father and his sister Hyrnetho. (Paus. 2.29.3.) A Trojan of the same name occurs in Homer. (ll. 14.513.)
