Dossenus, L. Rubrius
of whom there are several coins extant, but who is not mentioned by any ancient writer. A specimen of one of these coins is given below, containing on the obverse a head of Jupiter, and on the reverse a quadriga, resembling a triumphal carriage, from which it may be inferred that this Dossenus had obtained a triumph for some victory.
