Dodrans
Dodrans nine ounces, nine-twelfths or three-fourths of the as [AS], or three-fourths of anything. Hence the phrase heres ex dodrante, the heir to three-fourths of an estate. (Cic. Att. 1.1. 4; Nep. Attic. 5; Mart. 8.9; Suet. Jul. 83.)
