Nannii
or NANNEII, persons of property prescribed by Sulla. (Cic. de Pet. Cons. 100.2.) When Cicero speaks (ad Att. 1.16.3) of Calvus ex Nanneianis illc, he means to indicate Crassus, who was one of the purchasers of the confiscated property of the Nannii.
